We have about 3000 square feet of retail space and another 2200 of classroom and gallery space. This building is over one hundred years old and actually wraps around the back side of two buildings to the left. The upstairs will soon be converted to a living quarters for the owner of the building.

Flying Cat Beads owned by Alice Sennot is to the left as you enter the store. This bead shop features unique beads and jewelry created by Alice herself. Alice also teaches jewelry making right here in the store.

The Asian Artifacts shop is to the right as you enter the store. This shop owned by Linda Hastings feature beautiful gifts and art from the Orient. Linda teaches art classes here at Art&Materials and sells her prints in her shop as well.

We have a wide range of books to help guide you through your artistic process. We have several children's books as well.

We know how frustrating it is for children to use low quality art products so we choose the products wisely. We want colors to pop when they use them so that they stay excited and creative longer.

This is our paper section. We have hand made artistic papers from all over the world; These papers are incredible and are wonderful for incorporating into fine art. We have a wide selection of watercolor papers. We sell our 140 - 300lbs paper sheets at a great discount. There is no better place to purchase watercolor paper than Art&Materials.

In our acrylic paint section you will find the best selection around. We have 2 professional paints; Golden, and Liquitex and a great Winsor Newton student grade called Galleria. You can always save with Liquitex by buying 3 and getting 1 free! Our drawing and pastel area has a wide range of professional and student grade products. Try our Colorfix paper for pastels or any one of our great water soluble products.

Come join us for a lesson in throwing. We have a great clay studio with 6 wheels and a kiln. While you are registered in our classes this studio is available to you free of charge anytime the store is open.
