"We've always enjoyed working with Mary Kay and all of her people (Marianne, Jack, Patrice, and going back a way, Izzy). Now that they have joined with Chris and his family, it's a "win-win" for everybody! Their work is first class and always creative. We have trusted items from a 50-year old baptismal dress to much appreciated sponsor gifts for the MCFS "Carolina Classic" tournament. Their work is so outstanding that the other tournaments in the nation are looking to have them do their work. And, yes, that even includes the events held in Washington DC which has access to every form of frame and shadow box work. The work truly is "one-of-a-kind". Every year we are grateful for their community support, artistic talent, and friendship. You can't go wrong with Ballantynes Framing our ARt &Materials. We look forward to working with them all each year and are happy they are in New Bern. Way to go, guys!"

 As soon as we entered the store, my husband and I were greeted with a warm welcome, a smile and lots of great information. Maggie was a wonder and not at all troubled by the fact that we had a 1 year old in a stroller.

We found great prices on canvases and other supplies for my mixed media art and a font of information and understanding in Maggie.

We're from Jacksonville but if we lived closer, I'd probably be there all the time! Still, we will be back.
